The End / In The Beginning 🌍

From Sukkot to Shemini Atzeret, and from the end of Torah to its beginning, join four Tuesdays of mindfulness, music, and renewal.

Oct 7 🌿 Sukkot

Teachings of joy, grief, shelter, and impermanence. A meditation on fragility and rootedness, supported by music.

Oct 14 💧 Shemini Atzeret

Pausing with presence, gathering blessings like rain, and grounding through contemplative silence and sound.

Oct 21 🔄 Beresheit

The heart-circle of Torah — returning from the last letter of Devarim to the first letter of Bereishit. Living the life-spiral as a practice of mindfulness and renewal.

Oct 28 🌈 Noah

Integration — weaving the threads of text, practice, music, and community. Embodying wholeness in transition.
